exitvalue = 119 . Cause. WebSphere MQ creates a local user group called mqm on each cluster node. If the mqm group for the local node does not have permissions to the Shared Queue Manager location then Websphere MQ can not start. Solution. Make sure that the permission mask on the Queue Manager directory is suitable for access for all nodes. Applies To, The name of the message queue manager to be stopped. Optional parameters-c Controlled (or quiesced) shutdown. This parameter is the default. The queue manager stops, but only after all applications have disconnected. Any MQI calls currently being processed are completed.

AMQ7077: You are not authorized to perform the requested operation. exitvalue = 119 I then repeat the command using a command window, The FDC reports that MQ is unable to access somthing (In this case, arith1 == 5 == access denied). The function doing this is trying to update a particular registry key which is outside the MQ tree and which is updated by the MQ installation.
6/23/2011 · I hope you have newly installed mq on the server. (go for the latest version of mq ). If you’ve added a user to mqm, and you can not create the mq qmgr still, you may need to restart the server to get the OAM to refresh the security.
